1. No Refund on Digital / Virtual Products
All digital, downloadable, or virtual products sold by Excalibur Solution are non-refundable.
Once the product is delivered (via email, download link, or online access), refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not permitted.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Software
- E-books / PDFs
- Templates
- Video courses
- Digital kits
- Automation tools
- WhatsApp sender tools
- Online access products
- License-based products
2. Reason for No Refund
Digital products are instantly delivered and cannot be returned once accessed.
Buyers receive immediate access, so refunds are not possible after the delivery is completed.
3. In Case of Download or Access Issues
If you are facing a problem such as:
- Download link not working
- File corrupted
- Access/login issue
- Missing file
We will re-send or re-activate your product free of cost.

4. Duplicate Payment
If you accidentally made two payments for the same product, a refund of duplicate payment only will be processed within 3–7 working days.
5. Unauthorized Transactions
If any unauthorized payment is made from your account, contact us immediately.
